The newest catch from the seafood experts at Long John Silver’s is called Freshside Grille, a new concept aimed at customers hungry for healthy, premium seafood entrees. Freshside Grille is definitely showing off a new lighter side of the restaurant, which is known for their deep fried seafood and hush puppies. The menu features three entrees: Grilled Tilapia in garlic herb sauce, Shrimp Scampi in garlic butter sauce and Grilled Pacific Salmon is a sauce with red pepper, black pepper, garlic and olive oil. Each entree is served next to a vegetable medley, breadstick, corn on the cob and seasoned rice.
