In honor of International Wolf Day on (August 13),  Lobos 1707 Tequila & Mezcal recently partnered with both New York’s Wolf Conservation Center in New York and Los Angeles’ Wolf Connection to help raise donations to protection of wolves.

In addition, the LeBron James-backed spirits brand launched its first-ever line of merchandise including t-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts and hats designed by Lobos 1707 founder/Chief Creative Officer, Diego Osorio.

Through the partnership with Wolf Conservation Center, Lobos 1707 created a signature package for new members who adopted a wolf as a Steward with a $500 donation on International Wolf Day.

Named after the Spanish word for “wolves,” Lobos 1707 is dedicated to celebrating the strength of the pack. As part of the brand’s commitment, it is also making donations to wolf sanctuaries in Mexico and the United States.

Partners include the Wolf Conservation Center, a not-for-profit environmental education organization working to protect and preserve wolves in North America through science-based education, advocacy, and participation in the federal recovery and release programs for two critically endangered wolf species – the Mexican gray wolf and red wolf, and the Wolf Connection, a youth empowerment program and wolfdog rescue center and sanctuary that improves the quality of life of large canines by providing rescue, sanctuary, and behavioral enrichment in order to strengthen the bond and collaboration between humans and animals.
