Thirst Murdering Liquid Death Ditches Drink Name To Dodge Legal Battle

Fans of Liquid Death’s ‘Armless Palmer’ drink will be surprised to know that its name has now been changed to ‘Dead Billionaire’.

According to the Instagram post above, Liquid Death switched the name up to avoid a lawsuit from the Arnold Palmer estate over the use of the word “Palmer.” As the caption states, ‘Dead Billionaire’ is the same exact tea/lemonade beverage as ‘Armless Palmer’, so fans needn’t worry about the name change affecting the taste whatsoever.

As for the availability of the new ‘Dead Billionaire’, Liquid Death shared in the Instagram caption, “Our new Dead Billionaire cans have started to trickle out on Amazon and will begin hitting retail shelves in the spring.”
