Lil Wayne Doesn’t Eat Fast Food, Has Tour Bus Pull Over So Personal Chef Can Cook On The Spot

It might not look like it, but touring and performing around the world is far from easy. The intense schedules, the minimal rest, and let’s not forget the access to healthy food, which is mostly limited to whatever’s available on the route, can lead to a hectic lifestyle. That is unless you’re a mega superstar like rapper Lil Wayne.

In a recent video shared to Twitter, Lil Wayne’s tour bus pulls over for a quick pit stop so his personal chef, LeahAngelie Murphy, can cook a proper meal. The rap star reveals that he hasn’t eaten fast food in over 20 years, and as a result, tours with a personal chef.

While I definitely don’t put celebritydom on a pedestal, I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t be dope to travel with my own personal chef.

In another video, Chef Murphy preps a spread of steaks, fries, and veggies using a large portable grill that’s built into the back of one of the touring vans. It’s an ingenious setup that’s clearly been pivotal to the longevity of Lil Wayne’s tour life.
