LaVar Ball Is Bringing Big Baller Brand Bottled Water To The United States

LaVar Ball, the Kris Jenner of basketball, is jumping into the food world with his latest business venture: Big Baller bottled water.

According to FreshSportsTalk, Big Baller Brand is teaming up with Lithuanian-based Birstonas Mineral Water to distribute BBB branded bottles to the United States. Currently, nobody in the NBA has advertising campaigns with a bottled water firm, the closest being Steph Curry with Brita water filters. Ball hopes to cash in big as he ventures into the niche territory of bottled water marketing.

“Which NBA player is advertising water? No one,” Ball told 15min.it. “Everyone in the US is for some reason too proud for water campaigns. There are energy drinks that get advertised, but no one even thought about water.”

There’s no specific timetable yet as to when the Big Baller bottled water will make it to the United States. When this venture does begin, though, it’ll be interesting to see whether it rises to stardom like Lonzo or messes up and falls flat like LiAngelo.
