Lardon: The Bacon Food Truck Officially Launches, Fo’ Sizzle!
I can see a few heads turning, necks breaking and of course…arteries shaking. It is indeed time to break the news about “lardon“, a completely bacon-centric food truck now officially roaming the streets of LA! With menus fit for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the lardon truck is taking the bacon phenomenon to new heights. Imagine Bacon Pancakes…or brownies topped with bacon Nutella spread….maybe a Lardon BLT? How about some Chicken Wings Covered in Bacon Hot Sauce or a side of Bacon Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce? If you’re not down for fancy stuff, you can order…just bacon. Three pieces of bacon situated in a paper cone.
