Henderson, Nevada, is officially the new home to one of the best new Asian fusion restaurants around: Krazy Bao. Krazy Bao takes the concept of the bao steamed bun and blends it with traditional (and some not-so-traditional) sushi ingredients.
Other standout menu items include a Spider Rice Bowl, a Holy Craw Croissant (which, yes, is literally a whole lobster claw on a croissant with various vegetables), Curry Chicken, and of course their signature Bao Gift Box (pictured above) which comes with nine different flavors of their bao buns.
One reviewer said this: “Krazy Bao, a ‘modern Japanese’ restaurant, creates ‘Bao’ using traditional sushi ingredients. A Bao is usually a steamed bun with a savory or sweet filling. Krazy Bao flips this concept with great execution.” Another new fan, @socialsami, gave this glowing review on Instagram:
