Kogi BBQ Truck Reveals a “Rock Shrimp Quesadilla”

Kogi BBQ truck, always the truck to keep their fans updated on new menu additions, has rolled out what they’re calling the Rock Shrimp Quesadilla. This latest menu addition features grilled onions and rock shrimp drizzled with the brand’s Salsa Azul and Naranja, all sitting between a grilled tortilla.
