This week, Kogi BBQ Truck puts the spotlight on their latest feature, a Spicy Chipotle Shrimp Taco. The tacos are filled with shrimp, smothered and grilled in a chipotle paste. Finished with onions, cilantro, a squeeze of lime and a topping of roja and verde salsas.
