Kogi BBQ Reveals Multi-Level Mulitas

In the heat of the food truck boom, a few reigning kings seem to remain a cut above the rest in terms of quality, consistency and buzz. For those who’ve been up on the game, you’re familiar with Kogi BBQ Truck, and it’s partly due to their early entry, and heavily due to their delicious, always innovating product line.

This week, the Korean-Mexican fusion truck reveals their latest featured item dubbed the Viva Mexico! Behind the name lies a multi-level, red, green and white mulitas stuffed with chorizo queso fresco and topped with the brand’s signature salsa Roja and salsa Verde.

Priced at $5 for the set, the mulitas get their name from being prepared on a grill as a sandwiched taco. Mulita, translated as “little mule” in Spanish, traditionally depicted as meat served between two tortillas, garnished with cheese.

Stay up on Kogi BBQ Truck’s whereabouts and schedule via their website.
