Kanye West to Conquer Fast Food Game

What does Grammy Award Winning rap artist Kanye West do after graduation? According to music news source NME.com, Mr. West has purchased the rights to open 11 Fatburger restaurants in his hometown of Chicago as well as the Los Angeles area. The fast food chain, which dubs itself the “Last Great Hamburger Stand,” specializes in fried and flame grilled burgers that are made to order.

In September, West will open his first location in Orland Park, Chicago followed by an LA location in January. The “Louis Vuitton Don” won’t be the first celebrity Fatburger owner though, as television personality Montel Williams, Bay Area rapper E-40, and Lakers’ legend Magic Johnson are already owners.
