Science Says This Is The EASIEST Way To Cut Back On Junk Food

By now, a fair amount of us have given up on those ‘be healthier’ resolutions for the new year. Still, it’s only a few weeks into January and there’s still some time to turn your lives back around. If you want it enough.

According to BroBible, there’s actually a simple way to curb your junk food cravings when the temptation presents itself.

A new research, as reported by Metro UK, claims there’s a method that helps people eat less junk food without having to avoid it completely. All you have to do is serve the food to yourselves, instead of having someone else serve it to you. By doing so, you control how much unhealthy food you have in front of yourself.

The study was published in the Journal of Marketing Research where several variations of the experiment was conducted. When participants were in control of the portions they would take in, they were able to reduce the amount they consumed.

Not fad diets, no sleeping at the gym, just some good old-fashioned portion control. If you’re looking to start the year off on a healthier note without shaking up your lifestyle, this is definitely worth a shot.
