Jack in the Box Debuts Sweet Potato Criss-Cut Fries and Egg White Turkey Breakfast Sandwich

Here’s a quick way to ease yourself out of those pesky New Year’s resolutions you had no real intention to keep: fast food sweet potato fries

As per usual, the presumably “healthier” carb alternative is anything but. Described as “crispy, sweet and savory,” Jack in the Box’s new “CRISSCUT” Sweet Potato Fries clock in at 395 calories, 20 grams of fat, and 15 grams of sugar per serving, as opposed to regular fries’ 300 calories and 14 grams of fat, and curly fries’ surprising 280 calories and 16 grams of fat.

Their new Egg White & Turkey Breakfast Sandwich is more promising. At least that one’s only 250 calories and 6 grams of fat. Just enough to help you forget that whole “no fast food” rule thing.
