It Takes 4 Minutes to Make This Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Soufflé

Plain oatmeal can be a bit of a downer on its own, but this recipe takes the everyday oatmeal and turns it into something a bit more refined with the aid of egg beaters and a sweet touch of vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar.
And, you don’t even need to take out all the pots and pans for this one, all you need is a mug and a microwave! Here’s how you can make this fabulous dish your next breakfast:

Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Soufflé in a Mug
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
Total Time: 9 minutes
Servings: 1
¾ cup instant oatmeal
1 cup water
1 cup Egg Beaters® Original
PAM® Cooking Spray
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
Nuts, Reddi-wip® and berries for topping (optional)
1) Gather ingredients. Spray the inside of a large, microwave-safe mug with PAM® Cooking Spray.
2) Combine oatmeal, water, and Egg Beaters® Original in the mug. Mix well.
3) Add in vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix well.
4) Microwave for 4 minutes.
5) Let the mug cool for 1-2 minutes.
