IHOP Reveals New Mini Pancakes Cereal

Remember the huge Pancake Cereal food trend that was borne out of pandemic boredom and creativity? Well, two years later and its now playing out as a real product at the store in the form of IHOP Mini Pancake Cereal.

General Mills linked up with the right ones (duh, IHOP) to create a breakfast treat that’s sure to take us back to a time when we were all inside cooking up tiny pancakes, throwing them in a bowl with milk and convincing ourselves that it was real cereal.

The new IHOP Mini Pancake Cereal will be available in a Blueberries & Syrup flavor and features crunchy, mini pancake-shaped cereal pieces that show us how its really done. Look for them to start dropping at select stores in late December 2022, with nationwide availability in January 2023.
