IHOP Announces Largest Menu Innovation Ever

IHOP is giving its signature menu a major overhaul, adding an impressive selection of favorites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After an extensive study into customers’ biggest wants and needs, IHOP decided it was time for change.

“Every decision we made for this menu was driven by our guests and their continually evolving feedback and needs so they can enjoy our menu items how they want them, when they want them,” says Chief Marketing Operator, Kieran Donahue. The first steps toward a fresher, stronger menu started back in 2021 with the introduction of healthier bowls and burritos.

Hungry customers can expect to see some fan favorites back on the menu like the Cinn-a-Stack of pancakes as well as a slew of new options including a line of eggs benedicts — ranging from classic ham, poblano pepper, and veggie to a newly curate bacon bourbon jam — and crepes, both sweet and savory.

For their all-day introductions, IHOP is bringing on Ultimate Steakburgers with options to add gruyere, sharp cheddar, and swiss cheeses plus an optional bacon bourbon jam upgrade.

Craving seafood? Then try their new Fish and Shrimp plate which serves up a big order of fried seafood with a side of fries and tartar sauce. For those looking on the lighter side of life, new salads like the Fresh Berry or Chopped Chicken Salad will surely curb your appetite. Wash it all down with a new Mango Iced Tea or Strawberry Lemonade Splasher and you’re good to go.

The new menu launches Monday, April 3, nationwide. Hop on it, my friends.
