IHOP faces Sexual Harassment Suit

IHOP is being sued by The U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Commission for sexual harassment. The General Manager of several of the pancake chains in the New Mexico area is being accused of sexual harassment towards female employees. According to reports from the affected womens’ attorneys, they had to resign as they were unable to tolerate the harassment.

The employees are asking for enough to cover lost wages and damages as well as an assurance that they will be protected in the future from further discrimination.
