This Chef Took In-N-Out Burger And Transformed It Into Egg Rolls

It’s safe to say that any recipe will turn out amazing if it features some aspect of In-N-Out. Chef Josh Elkin, known for homemade Dunkaroos and Pizza Roses, combines the delicious fast food chain’s burgers with egg rolls.

Yep, egg rolls.

Here’s what you’ll need:

In-N-Out.

Order your favorite combo from the burger spot and take it back to the kitchen. On your way, pick up some egg roll wrappers from your nearest supermarket.

Also, an egg for the wash and oil for deep frying.

Here’s what to do:

Cut your In-N-Out burger into slices. Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a flat surface. Place a piece of your burger slice, along with fries and grilled onions, in the center of the wrapper. Throw on some egg wash around the edges and seal your egg roll.

Carefully, drop your egg rolls in a a pot of hot oil and fry until they’re a nice golden brown.

Once they’re ready, serve with some of In-N-Out’s spread for dipping. Check out our video for the recipe.
