How to Hijack the ‘One Bowl, One Visit’ Rule at Pizza Hut

How can you make the most out of a salad buffet that only lets you visit once? Shen Hongrui, a Chinese engineer did it by constructing a 3-ft tower of salad at a local Pizza Hut in Bejing.

According to Hongrui, “The foundations are very important,” so it’s best to build a base out of something solid like chickpeas or potatoes. Next build the walls of the tower, it’s key to how much goodies you’re going to be able to fit in your bowl. It’s best to use something stackable like cucumbers or carrots. Lastly, fill the tower with your favorite things at the salad bar. My tower would be overflowing with ranch dressing!

Apparently, this art of piling food which is now known as ‘salad bar hacking‘ works so well that it caused all Pizza Huts in China to do away with all their salad bars!
