Hi-C Ecto Cooler Has Returned For a Limited Time

Hi-C Ecto Cooler

Being the ancient Millennial that I am, I remember the times when Hi-C’s radioactive green beverage, Ecto Cooler, ruled the lunchroom. The iconic drink took inspiration from Slimer, a Ghostbusters character that was known for its ability to ooze green slime everywhere. Include the fact that Ecto Cooler’s delicious citrus flavors were just as good as the visuals and you’ll understand why the drink was so beloved.

Fast forward to now and Coca-Cola is resurrecting the Hi-C Ecto Cooler for a limited release to celebrate the upcoming Ghostbusters: Afterlife movie debut on November 19.

Though the 12oz bottle of Ecto Cooler will sadly not be available for purchase, fans who follow and interact with the social channel @DrinkHiC may be in store for some surprises.
