It’s always fun and eye-opening to have friends scattered across the world, but not often enough do we get to talk about what they’re eating, or more importantly, where they’re eating it. This conversation continued with my buddy Eugene about the different ways brands represent themselves depending on regions (if within the US) or from country-to-country.  One of the locations he was quick to point out to me was La Maison Ginza, Haagen Dazs’ presentation of a seemingly high-class dessert house in Japan.
