Goog 411

I’m a skeptical person at heart, and no matter how cool this new invention from Google is…I will keep an underlying skepticism of it. Regardless of my views, this is a good day for eaters everywhere. Google has basically created a free 411 system. That’s right, free. To utilize, all you have to do is dial  1-800-goog-411 and you will be connected to the Google 411 service. Their system allows you to find local locations/businesses/restaurants and directly connect to them. If you’re on an iPhone or web phone, you will also be able to receive maps of the surrounding area, and a host of other features.
