Girl Scout Cookies Upgrade to ‘The Thin Mints Cupcake’

Crumbs Bake Shop is collaborating with the Girl Scouts of the USA for National Girl Scout Cookie Day, February 8, by unveiling limited edition Girl Scout Thin Mints Cupcakes. The announcement temporarily halted things at the Foodbeast offices, as we’re major fans of freezing thin mints and dipping them in chocolate chip mint ice cream. The Thin Mints Cupcake features a chocolate devil’s food cake base stuffed with fudge and decked out with minty cream cheese frosting, topped with a Thin Mint Cookie for kicks.

Er, YUM. The cupcake sale goes from today til February 22 and will be sold at all 64 Crumbs Bake Shop locations nationwide. To find out where the closest shop is, check crumbs.com
