There’s countless recipe videos out there, ranging from the mundane to clutch-your-pearls and scroll-stopping. Count this viral TikTok recipe clip as the latter, because the way this man actually fried a whole ostrich leg had my collar tight.
TikTok recipe account @foodus11, woke up and chose epic when making this wild recipe clip, resulting in a fried bird that had me thinking they sentenced good ol’ Foghorn Leghorn to death via 11 herbs and spices. The sheer size of the ostrich leg, coupled with the tremendous effort to marinate, smoke and then fry the whole thing makes it no wonder that the recipe video as around 10.2 million views on TikTok as of this article.
