Disney California Adventure is at it again. Much like their world-renowned Food & Wine Festival, DCA is bringing the world of Big Hero 6 to Disneyland’s sister park in Southern California with San Fransokyo Square, a foodie seaside paradise opening on July 19.

• Yaki Udon with Karaage-inspired Chicken: Mushrooms, sugar snap peas, roasted red peppers, bok choy, and dark soy and hoisin sauces.
