Foodbeast Debuts PB&J Cookies with Savory Sourdough Crust

Summers are designed to encapsulate nostalgia. If I challenged you to imagine the taste of water directly from a hose, you’d think of summer. If I wanted you to imagine your favorite Otter Pop flavor (or freeze pops if you’re from the Northeast), I bet you’d envision it dripping down your chin next to the pool in the dead of summer.

Foodbeast believes in the power of nostalgia and the power it has over our tastebuds. That’s why, this summer, we’re bringing back the nostalgic nuance of a timeless classic: the peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

May we present the PB&J Cookie by Foodbeast.

The Foodbeast PB&J Cookie

The Foodbeast PB&J Cookie marries the lush creaminess of peanut butter with sweet strawberry jam, and wrapped it with a warm, savory sourdough crumble hug. Dessert vibes of a cookie, savory memories of a sandwich.

With the help of our friends at Stuffed Cookies, this crumbly confection is the newest addition to our line of sweet treats, its predecessor being our first-of-its-kind Pickle Cookie––a cookie stuffed with delicious dill pickle chips and peanut butter blondie, wrapped in a vanilla brown butter dough.

The Foodbeast Cookie Variety Pack (2 of each flavor)

Both of these cookies are available now through our Shop! There are three options to choose from:
