Finding Some Shadewich

This is definitely the time of year where it’s not too cold, but the weather is too volatile to hit the beach (or maybe, it’s just right if you’re in Orange county like us…jusssttt sayin’!), but this sandwich makes a nod to those good ole’ summer-is-approachin’ days. We’re looking at a sandwich made with roasted red pepper dip (the island portion) and the shade is made with sunburned sun chips and a sour cream n’ chive filling. (PicThx Insanewiches)
