EXP, The Gamer-Themed Bar that Offers Up Triforce Burgers & Super Smash Nachos

banner_food1

My younger brother recently informed me that I “need a boyfriend.” Unfortunately, such afflictions often involve make-up and social outings, instead of spending my nights in sweatpants working my way through the Mass Effect trilogy (which, by the way, is infinitely better than the Bioshock trilogy, no pun intended). Apparently, all I need to do to rectify this situation (aside from the “getting a boyfriend” part) is move to Vancouver and experience the wonder that is EXP Bar + Restaurant.

They call it a “social dining experience” which means I’d have to take a hit with the “social” part, but if it’s a conversation about how useless Superman is in the new Injustice game, or the best way to fix a Nintendo 64 cartridge, I can be cajoled into joining. If there’s food and booze there, I’ll gladly put on clean clothes and make an effort. Vancouver is doing it right, and everyone else needs to get on board.

Here. Check out the food, drinks, and desserts. I’m gonna mail order me a Vegeta Flatbread and an Arrow to the Knee. Oh, and I guess a social experience. You know, just on the side.
