EXCLUSIVE: First Look At Qdoba’s 6 New KNOCKOUT TACOS
Something big, bold, and badass is brewing at Qdoba®, and Foodbeast has the exclusive on all the delicious details.
You already know Qdoba for their diversely flavorful Mexican-inspired cuisine made with fresh ingredients, but you’re going to knock out when you hear about their newest flavor focus. Today, October 27, Qdoba is unveiling a set of six brand new Knockout Tacos! Okay, you can knock out now.
We actually went straight to the source, Qdoba Brand Central in Denver, to get the 411 on these history-making tacos. We say “history-making” because that’s exactly what they are; in addition to the never-before-seen flavor combinations that make up these Knockout Tacos, three tacos among the set make Qdoba history as their first tacos to feature bacon.
Feast your eyes on all six tacos which you’ll without a doubt be feasting on soon enough:
Drunken Yardbird
Tequila lime chicken, guacamole, salsa verde, cilantro, minced onion, and cotija cheese bring out unexpected flavors with every bite.
Mad Rancher
Grilled chicken, bacon, guacamole, picante ranch, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese—it’s like a BLT taco! It’s also among the first three tacos in Qdoba history to include bacon.
Two-Timer
Pulled pork with salsa roja, shredded cheese and cotija cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo. The Two-Timer combines a soft flour tortilla smothered with 3-Cheese Queso in the center that is then wrapped around a crunchy shell.
Triple Threat
A bold combination of grilled adobo-marinated steak, bacon, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and 3-Cheese Queso.
The Gladiator
Grilled steak, bacon, pico de gallo, lettuce, cilantro, cotija cheese, and creamy Mexican caesar dressing—The Gladiator is a mashup of a flavor-fueled taco and Qdoba’s take on a Caesar salad.
Bohemian Veg
Shredded cheese, black beans, corn salsa, guacamole, salsa verde, minced onions, cilantro, and cotija cheese. The Bohemian is the perfect option for vegetarians and veggie lovers alike.
Get your hands on these babies right now at a Qdoba near you. Guests can dig into three Knockout Tacos for $9 or a single taco for $3.50, though prices may vary by location.
In true Qdoba fashion, all of the tacos are made to order. And, guacamole and queso are included in the price of all entrees—no extra charge. Score!
