This Cheeseburger Is Made With An ESPRESSO-INFUSED Beef Patty

You’re probably familiar with burger patties being infused with beer, or even cheese, all in the name of extra flavor, but these java patties have raised the bar.

Amy Erickson of the Oh, Bite It cooking blog has a pretty unique cheeseburger recipe with an espresso barbecue sauce, marinating every square inch of the beef patty.

Erickson mixed together a bowl full of ground beef, an egg, bbq sauce and instant espresso, then proceeded to grill up the coffee-filled burger. After that, she just stacked a couple slices of cheddar cheese and bunned it for a grilled burger that provides an extra pick-me-up.
