Taste The World At The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

The annual EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is here and you’re going to want to make sure you wear those stretchy pants because this year they have really outdone themselves. From August 29 to November 23, 2024, foodies and fun-seekers alike will flock to EPCOT for an eating journey across six continents — and beyond — through an array of delectable dishes and drinks. Seriously, there is even an elevated basket of truffle fries calling your name.

We went through all the new offerings and pulled out the ones you won’t want to miss. Your first stop? CommuniCore Hall, where the Macatizers booth will serve up gooey, cheesy goodness with a twist. Whether you’re a purist who loves the classic Macaroni and Cheese with Herbed Panko, or an adventurous eater eyeing the Impossible Chili Cheese Macaroni, there’s something for everyone in this comforting corner of the festival.

Next, make your way to Coastal Eats near Mission Space, where the Roasted Warm Water Lobster Tail with Garlic Butter might just make you feel like you’re dining seaside, while the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail will keep things light and fresh.

But the journey doesn’t stop there! The festival’s many marketplaces offer unique flavors from every corner of the globe. At the Fry Basket, you can indulge in a Fry Flight that’s as fun as it sounds. Try the Truffle-Parmesan Fries for a touch of elegance, or dive into the Sweet Potato Casserole Fries for a sweet and savory treat that’s drizzled with Bourbon Maple Syrup.

For those who like a little heat, Flavors from Fire delivers smoky, campfire-inspired dishes that will warm your soul. Don’t miss the Impossible Montreal-Style Burger Slider, a new addition that’s big on flavor.

And speaking of new, the Brew-Wing Lab over at The Odyssey is pushing the boundaries with its Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper Curry Wings. If you survive the heat, cool down with a Pickle Milk Shake — a concoction that’s as intriguing as it is refreshing.

If you’re craving something comforting, The Noodle Exchange near Disney Traders is a must-visit. Slurp your way through the Far East with a bowl of Ramen with Shaved Beef, where spicy peppers and a soy egg swim in a citrus-sesame broth that’s bursting with flavor.

No EPCOT festival would be complete without a trip around the World Showcase, where each pavilion offers a culinary passport to its respective nation. Mexico delights with its Tostada de Camarones — a crispy, tempura-battered shrimp treat that’s topped with guacamole and a sprinkle of Chile-Lime Powder. Meanwhile, France attracts fans with its Frozen French Cosmo, a boozy blend of vodka, cranberry juice, and Grand Marnier that’s perfect for sipping as you stroll.

But let’s not forget the sweets! At Shimmering Sips, near the Port of Entry, you can start your day with a Guava Cake topped with whipped cream, or toast to new adventures with a Berry Mimosa which is as bright and bubbly as the festival itself.

With so many flavors to explore, the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is a food lover’s paradise that promises to surprise, delight, and satisfy every craving.
