Energy Drinks, In Snack Form
Arma Energy Snx is hitting the mainstream and creating a buzz with its claim of providing the same amount of energy that energy drinks do.
“Eat your energy,” is Arma’s slogan for its snacks which include, among other snacks, a trail mix and potato chips.
Its source of energy comes from caffeine, taurine and B vitamins, which are usually the key ingredients found in energy drinks. It seem to be an interesting alternative to the usual source of energy drinks. Its recently released Cobra and Hellfire chips join the T-Bomb, F-Bomb, C4 and RPG snacks for the company, founded in 2010.
- T-Bomb: Energy-infused trail mix of peanuts, almonds, raisins and chocolate.
- F-Bomb: A fruit trail mix with peanuts, almonds, raisins and cranberries, energy-infused with Caffeine, Taurine and B-vitamins.
- C4 (Chocolate, Caramel, Cookie, Caffeine): A chocolate, caramel and cookie mix.
- RPG (Rocket Propelled Granola): Granola and chocolate chip mix, energy-infused with Caffeine, Taurine and B-vitamins.
- Cobra: The Cobra is a 2-ounce serving of kettle cooked BBQ potato chips energy-infused with caffeine, taurine and B-vitamins.
- Hellfire: The Hellfire is a 3-ounce serving of hot & spicy tortilla mix energy-infused with caffeine, taurine and B-vitamins.
Arma sponsors several extreme sport athletes such as BMXer Chad Kagy and freestyle motocrosser Mike Metzger.
These jolting snacks are popping up in more and more grocery and liquor stores. If you’re tired of energy drinks, these snacks might be the alternative you’ve been looking for.
