El Pollo Loco Now Uses Authentic Oaxaca Cheese In Its Stuffed Quesadillas

El Pollo Loco has some great news for fans of quesadillas. The fan-favorite Stuffed Quesadillas are returning for a limited time and now include authentic Oaxaca cheese. If you’ve never tried Oaxaca cheese before, it’s stringy, has a mild taste, and melts beautifully.  

There are three new crave-worthy Stuffed Quesadillas to choose from:

Poblano Chicken Quesadilla – Flame-grilled chicken, Oaxaca cheese, poblano peppers, pico de gallo, sliced avocado, and cilantro, wrapped up in a flour tortilla and grilled. Prices vary but it costs $8.29 in the Los Angeles area.

Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla – Flame-grilled chicken, Oaxaca cheese, salsa roja (AKA red salsa), sour cream, and pico de gall,o wrapped up in a flour tortilla and grilled. Prices vary but it costs $8.29 in the Los Angeles area.

Shredded Beef Avocado Quesadilla – Seasoned shredded beef, Oaxaca cheese, avocado salsa, sliced avocado, onion, and cilantro, wrapped up in a flour tortilla and grilled. Prices vary but it costs $9.29 in the Los Angeles area.
