El Gallo Giro (Santa Ana, CA)

After completely thieving Marc and Taylor of their $10.00 allowance during our weekly card game, we made our way for some late night eats at “El Gallo Giro”. As long as I’ve known my friend Taylor, he’s raved about this place, so, in hopes of ceasing his endless rants about the amazingness that is this eatery, we took our appetite to this hot spot. Read on for the journey:

Hello cock!

Greetings meat!

Sooo good!

Wide shot.

These guys had a full on bakery. The place is actually quite expansive, and their sweets looked just as apetizing as their array of meats and dishes.

The torta. This is what Taylor was raving about.

Horchata? Taylor is in heaven.

Inside of Taylor’s torta.

Anyways, it is late night. It is Santa Ana. Pictured above is a bum who rummaged up enough pennies to pick up a Carne Asada burrito and a psuedo-indy hat. Ok all jokes aside, that is our dear friend Marc.

Marc’s mess of a burrito.

Half a bird, rice, beans lettuce. Game over.

Taylor is a happy camper. If you’re trying to get to Taylor’s level of happiness, make sure to swing by El Gallo Giro any time of the day at one of their many locations!
