Dunkin’ Donuts to Introduce 20 New Stores in Southern California

There’s a magical hour that occurs in the afternoon where all you want for dinner is donuts. My doughy figure can attest to that. Unfortunately, by the time I get off work, most donut stores are closed. So here’s the good news: Dunkin’ Donuts is set to open 20 new stores in So Cal. While my sweet tooth will be thrilled to hear this, I’m sure my doctor will be livid.

The chain announced today that they are signing a multi-unit deal with two franchise groups. This will allow them to open 10 Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the OC and 10 Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the San Fernando Valley over the next several years. The two franchise partners, Precision Hospitality & Development and Aharon Aminpour, are set to open the first of the restaurants in 2015.

God, I could go for a Maple Kreme right about now.
