These Doritos-Crusted Carne Asada Balls Need To Be In Your Mouth

The Vulgar Chef is no stranger to crazy food inventions. He is the proud creator of the Mac and Cheese Donut and the Bacon-Wrapped Breakfast Burrito, and has now made another instant classic.

Doritos-Crusted Carne Asada Balls are the appetizers you never knew you needed.

The chef cooked up this crazy recipe for an OC Weekly article and said on his Instagram account that he had actually never had carne asada before in his life. On top of that, he created these balls while he was drunk. Luckily, being drunk while making carne asada is practically a prerequisite, so he was completely on the right track.

These balls of fury consist of carne asada with his own mix of marinade, wrapped in white bread and covered in a crushed Doritos crumb mix.
