Domino’s Will Deliver Pizza Wherever You Are, Just Drop a Pin

If you’ve ever wanted a pizza delivered directly to you at the park, on a beach, in a parking lot or wherever, you’re not alone! Domino’s has officially upped the pizza delivery game and is now delivering to literally where ever you are located, no actual address needed.

Yes, this is all completely accurate and there is no catch. The term we should all get acquainted with is Pinpoint Delivery. The Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery function is a new tool on the Domino’s app that allows users to have their pizza delivered anywhere through a virtual pin.

“Domino’s is proud to be the first quick-service restaurant brand in the U.S. to deliver food to customers with the drop of a pin,” said Christopher Thomas-Moore, Domino’s senior vice president – chief digital officer. “We’re always striving to make customers’ experiences even better and more convenient, and Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery does exactly that.”

This has to be the innovation of the year but also surprising that no one has ever done this before. To use Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery, all purchases must be made using a debit or credit card, cash will not be accepted.

To get started on using this new feature, here’s what you’ll need to do:

  1. If you don’t already have the Domino’s app, head to the app store and download that.
  2. Open the app and select Domino’s Pinpoint Delivery.
  3. Drop a pin and place your order. Stuffed Cheesy Bread anyone?
  4. Meet your driver.

Start those orders to the beach for a whole vibe or quell the pizza cravings if you happen to be laid back at the park, it’s all possible now.
