STOP: Deep-Fried Peanut Butter with Grape Jelly Dipping

DeepFriedPeanutButter

Everybody loves a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Who knew something as simple as peanut butter and jelly sandwiched between two slices of bread could be so delicious? However, and bear with me here, what if you deep-fried your peanut butter sandwich and dunked it into a bowl of jelly? Would that be going overboard? Heck no.

Nick from Dude Foods decided to freeze some peanut butter cubes overnight and wrap a slice of bread around them until they formed something of a snowball. Then, it was simply a matter of throwing the balls into the fryer for about 30 seconds. Once your deep-fried balls of peanut butter are good and ready, just start dipping them into some grape jelly and it’s good to go.

Whip up a batch of these for your kids and they’ll surely get some style points in the schoolyard. Or get their lunch stolen. Probably the latter.
