Deep Fried Buffalo Chicken Rollups Are A Viable Alternative To Your Chicken Wing Party

Buffalo wings have long been a staple party platter food, but it’s time for some alternatives.

Thanks to some inspiration from Internet foodie Tym Bussanich who popularized the simple idea of a “grilled cheese rollup,” another Internet foodie by the moniker @PeepMySneaks took it one step further and created Deep Fried Buffalo Chicken Rollups.

The genius of Buffalo Chicken Rollups idea comes in its simple execution: dip a slice of flattened bread into a bowl of buffalo sauce, cut up pieces of chicken, blue cheese and celery, roll it up, dip it in egg wash and hit it with some Panko breadcrumbs. Let your rolls get sexy in a deep fryer for a couple minutes and you’re on to some next level game-time snacking.
