It’s all based on pizza pies, pot pies, and and dessert pies. So we took that inspiration, worked with our executive chef to elevate the the menu, elevate the ingredients, and create this gourmet pizza company.”

Here, a white, buttery roux serves as the canvas for some of their pizzas, eschewing the traditional red sauce.
