Craving: Torta Gigante

This is a nice looking torta being dubbed the “Torta Gigante!” by our friends over at SuperSizedMeals. The torta we’re looking at, which came from a torta truck in Portland entitled La Catrina, is a mixed torta of pastor and carnitas, accented with dripping avocado and chile de arbol salsas.
