Craving: Sumo – Tubby Dog
My man Eugene pointed out this crazy selection of Hot Dogs from a shack out in Calgary entitled Tubby Dog. These guys are definitely on the radar now! Here we’re looking at a curiously named dog topped with Japanese mayo, wasabi, pickled ginger and sesame seeds. Sweet, hot and crunchy all in one bite. Sounds like a win to me!
