Craving: Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles

To the new and unaware, it might seem strange that such juicy, crispy chicken could be served alongside warm, fluffy waffles drenched in butter and syrup. Though to those who are aware, we just call it Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles. Every so often, my friends and I make our way up to Hollywood when we get a hunkering to get some of that world famous chicken and waffles. You can never go wrong sitting down at restaurants lit up in pink neon lights with the smell of fried chicken and syrup all around. If you haven’t tried it, don’t be scared. It’s something you surely won’t regret. For those of you that have tried it though and haven’t gone back, shame on you for waiting so long. As for myself, I think I’m going to head up that way right about now. (PicThx SeskaFuze)
