Craving: Pho

Growing up Vietnamese, the one thing I ate on a regular basis was pho. I still eat this all the time. For those who don’t know what it is, it’s a simply beef based rice noodle soup usually served with tender beef flank, Vietnamese beef meatballs, beansprouts and basil. My mom makes this almost every other weekend and I still eat it with a passion. So much so that my mom gets sick of cooking it. (PicThx Moanoa)
