Craving: IHOP Cheesecake Pancake Stacker
Sometimes the plain egg whites every morning get a little old, and you have to mix it up a bit. This is what I choose to spice it up: IHOP pancake stackers! A layer of cheesecake filling sandwiched between two buttermilk pancakes smothered in strawberry drizzle and whole strawberries, with your choice of blueberry or cinnamon apple compote and syrup topped with whipped cream.
