Craving: Deep Dish Pizza

Here in Southern California, we have so many different kinds of pizzas available. Sometimes the concoctions we come up with are just plain weird. In Chicago and New York, they have their own signature style. I love Chicago’s deep dish pizzas. There’s something about eating a pizza that’s piled over two inches high with a full layer of meat, cheese, and sauce that you actually have to eat with a fork and knife. For myself, BJ’s is where I go for my pizza, but sometimes, I like it even deeper. No homo. (PicThx Cvent)
