Craving: Crispy Soft-Shell Crabs with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

A few days ago, a friend of mine was attempting to explain to me the ability to eat certain crabs whole, shell and all. Apparently these particular crabs are called “soft-shell crabs”, and they seem to be even more delicious and edible when batter-fried to create a crispy outer shell while maintaining the creamy and sweet inner meat. Paired with a sweet and tangy sweet chili sauce, this looks like a perfect summer dish! (Thx SheSimmers)
