Craving: 4th of July Firecracker Popsicles

I haven’t had a firecracker in years, but I remember as a kid whenever the ice cream truck would come around this would always be my go-to sicle choice! Red, white and blue flavors shaped like a big ol’ rocket, you can’t go wrong. I hope I see the ice cream truck today, so I can buy one of these babies.
