Couple Arrested for Replacing Jell-O Mix With Sand (Long Island)

The title pretty much says it all. Over a week ago, detectives solved a case regarding a couple who had been taking boxes of powdered Jell-O pudding mix only to replace the contents with what has been revealed to be aquarium sand. The couple had been returning the packages to get a refund and were traced to four stores in Suffolk and Nassau counties. Surveillance video led the couple to being outed. Eat on…Foodbeasts…I guess?
