Cinemark’s Game-Changing $5 ‘Bring Your Own Bucket’ Popcorn Deal Is Coming

Cinemark is rolling out the red carpet for popcorn enthusiasts this National Popcorn Day with its inaugural “Bring Your Own Bucket” event on Sunday, Jan. 19. Fans are invited to bring their favorite clean container—be it a collectible movie-themed bucket, a family heirloom bowl, or a quirky DIY masterpiece—to their nearest Cinemark theater for a $5 fill-up of fresh, buttery popcorn. No movie ticket? No problem. As long as the container holds less than 400 ounces, Cinemark will top it off with their iconic kernels.

For those not in the BYOBucket spirit, Cinemark is also offering $5 XL popcorn at all locations. To keep the celebrations popping, there’s a social media sweepstakes and discounted gift cards to score, making it the perfect day to indulge in everyone’s favorite movie snack. Get all the details on the festivities at Cinemark.com/popcornday.
